Bell Home Solutions is experiencing rapid growth in their Estimating department. This covers our Remodeling, HVAC, Specialty Plumbing and Electrical & Lighting Departments. In order to continue to provide the world class service we have been known for over the past 89 years — we need the perfect Assistant Coordinator.

This position would be responsible for helping to schedule estimates, coordinating communications between production teams and sales, building accurate and complete job files for the office and the field, preparing and reconciling all permits, processing rebates for customers, and generally. . .making things run smoothly!

The right candidate will have exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and customer service skills, be proficient with the Microsoft Suite, possess the aptitude to learn specialized software, and have incredible integrity, initiative and a great attitude.
